Description: Customer Services Representative

Base location Preston and or Warrington carrying out the role of Customer Services Representative to work in a Contact Centre and responsible for handling all aspects of customer contacts via telephone enquiries from members of the public together with written correspondence and forms.

Responsible for time, attendance and familiarising with Polices and Procedures.

Supported by Team Leader and conveying a professional image of the Contact Centre to both internal and external customers and suppliers.

Acting as first point of contact and guiding account holders accurately through business processes.

Telephone experience preferred and experience of working within teams
