HR Manager (CIPD)sought by our client is a well-established and leading manufacturer of road and race motorcycles.

Our clients manufacturing facility in Leicestershire is undergoing transformation to increase production capacity significantly for the sales of their world-leading products both at home and abroad. They continue to develop their product range in order to continue to enhance their reputation as a World Class leading Manufacturer.

To manage our clients exciting growth plans , they now wish to recruit a high-calibre HR Manager, experienced in managing every aspect of HR and focussing on People Development, Policies and Procedures, Recruitment, Training, and every aspect of delivering a professional HR function.

THE ROLE

A key role within the organisation, the successful person will be able to put their own stamp on guiding and transforming a small but exciting and profitable small business through a period of growth into a slick and established operation, where our people are engaged and contributing to ourclients success.

* As a HR Manager your role will be to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business, developing people and business solutions
* Review the complete HR Function in line with Business Growth and design a long term HR strategy to align our clients Business to benchmark HR standards.
* Lead on recruitment, retention, training and development
* Manage employee relations including performance, satisfaction, absence, etc.
* Review current policies, procedures, records and compliance, introducing updates as necessary
* Good Health and Safety knowledge. Experience in Managing Health and Safety in a dual HR & Health and Safety role would be a distinct advantage
* As an SME our client is looking to expand, it is vital that the successful candidate is flexible and aware of the challenges specific to this type of business
* You will be based atthe Donington Hall site

THE PERSON

* The successful candidate MUST have similar experience within an HR Function
* You will be CIPD Level 7 or equivalent (degree, masters etc.)
* Experience or knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures is highly desirable
* Experience within a manufacturing environment is also desirable but not essential
* The successful candidate will be experienced in staff development at all levels including the Executive Management Team, will be experienced and capable of attending Board Meetings, and will report directly to the CEO
* You will be passionate about improving all aspects of HR within a rapidly expanding, forward thinking company.
* You will be an excellent communicator, a confident, assured and well respected people person, with a 'develop and motivate' approach.
* Good communication skills at all levels
* You MUST live within a commutable distance to the Donington Hall site
