Job Title: IT / Software Project Manager
Location:Milton Keynes
Rate:£45K to £55K Per Year    Benefits: Car + Bonus + Benefits
Description: I am currently recruiting for a Software / Technical Project Manager to hold responsibility for IT deliver across a range of projects. The Software / Technical Project Manager will include:

* Provide IT technical project management advice, consultancy and assurance to business projects
* Lead the collaborative IT project planning process
* Ensure that the wider business obtains real value from IT investment
* Act as the IT delivery lead for all IT deliverables
* Challenge assumptions, but remain willing to compromise when it enables progress
* Achieve clear, pragmatic and manageable plans for service delivery implementing programme and project management disciplines

The Successful Software / Technical Project Manager will require the following skills/experience:

* A degree level of education in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* Project Management Professional certification (Prince2, PMP)
* Knowledge and experience working in a complex technical landscape with multiple stakeholders
* Experience delivering software development and integration projects (SaaS would be desirable long with working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle)
* Proven successful delivery experience using Waterfall and Agile based development methodologies
* Experience in previous Technical Project Manager jobs or Technical Program Manager jobs is a plus
