Job Title: Applications Support Administrator

Description: The Application Support Administrator’s role is to supervise and maintain the
organization’s repository of software applications through best practices and the
appropriate advising of technical teams. The Applications Administrator is also
responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of user applications, access and support of systems necessary for business operations.

This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide
and assist the user groups on issues related to the use, maintenance, support and
deployment of mission-critical information and software systems.

In terms of skill sets and technologies, the applications you will be working on are rostering, wages and invoice systems. You do not need experience with this but any would be an advantage. You would work heavily with excel, so you need to be an expert in this i.e. V Look ups and Formulas. They would also need general systems knowledge, thus an understanding of if the change one system, what affect that would have on another system.

You will also be involved in Report Analysis i.e. producing invoices for new clients they work with, thus any experience in Crystal Reports would be a winner.
They need someone with a logical mind who can take a problem and find the root cause and fix it so it won’t happen again. Outgoing, dedicated, hard working individuals who can also have fun are required for this great opportunity.
