Job Title: IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line)
Location:West End
Rate:£110 to £130 Per Day
Description: 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst needed for this large professional business in their Central London office. The role is client facing and first class communication skills are a must.

Technically the right support analyst will have experience with:

* Experience supporting Apple Macs and G Suite / Google Apps. (Any Jamf would be great)
* Solid Microsoft (Server and MS Office) experience in a 1st / 2nd Line capacity
* Hardware support - repair and replacing of desktops and peripherals, cabling and patching.
* Onsite hardware maintenance, arrangement of repairs, deliveries and supplies with third parties for the business.
* Good Customer Service skills
* Excellent telephone manner

The succesful candidate will have a proven track record in a 1st, 2nd Line support role or have worked in a helpdesk or Desktop Support role.

This IT Support Analyst position is for an initial 3 months contract with a view to a longer term extension. We have a sole agency agreement with this client, they need to interview this week with a view to a start early next week
