We have built up a formidable reputation for supplying the highest quality kits to all of our clients, ranging from the self-builders through to large scale developers, housing associations and the commercial building sector.

An opportunity has arisen for a driven new member of our team to fill the following role:

Project Manager

The Project Manager Role would predominantly be office based and encompass running the supply and installation of a Timber Frame project from order stage, through to completion of the structure on site. There would also be construction site visits as and when required.

The role would involve liaising with in house designers at Taylor Lane as well as clients, architects, designers, timber frame installers and Taylor Lanes on site Contracts Managers.

The job would also entail programming, dealing with Health and Safety including forming Method statements, appointing timber frame installers and helping to investigate and find suitable solutions to any site issues that may arise.

The role is suited to someone with good communication skills, who is well organised and can make positive on the spot decisions.
