I'm supporting a Global Property company who are currently going through an exciting period of change and are looking to bring in a HR Data Analyst for a project based 6 Month FTC. You will be a strong user of Excel with a keen eye for detail, you will also be highly numerate and constantly looking to develop your own knowledge. In this role is it important that you can convey complex data into real life results confidently across various countries. You will be liaising with HR BP's across the EMEA region and so explaining complex ideas in simple terminology is key.

Your Responsibilities will include:

o Own the process and data for tracking actuals; all people related information, and costs (synergies and cost to achieve).
o Having complete knowledge of the business case projections/estimations regarding labour, including severance, exit costs, legal costs etc.
o Support/coordinate country validation of business case estimates, and support the change control process to business case and forecasts.
o Align closely with project team, country HR business partners, and finance teams to ensure complete transparency and well managed labour costs/savings, and regular accurate reporting.
o Maintaining and owning data, reporting against the project business case, coordinating across EMEA countries, applying standard principles and to data collection and reporting.
o To respond to queries and requests for information pertaining to the projects.
o Undertake analysis and modelling of people cost data, eg. Severance/investment calculations. Ability to simplify/summarise complex data for high quality reporting to a variety of audiences, including the project team and executive stakeholders.
o Collation and analysis of data for comparison, data modelling.
o Leveraging HR systems and partnering with local HR teams to collect HR material for due diligence assessment.
o Partnering with Finance to create people cost baselines and models for business cases.
