Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location:South East England
Rate:£45K to £50K Per Year
Description: My client, an innovative and forward thinking retail brand are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is intuitive and passionate. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner you will be working closely with all areas of the business including the reporting line in to Europe.

• Competitive salary + car allowance

• Exposure to working regionally covering the South

• To work autonomously with a “hands off” management style
• Working as a Regional HR Business Partner covering 9 sites
• Looking after the retail arm of the business and in particular the ‘direct manufacturer’ retail part of the franchise.
• Working as a Business Partner with a strong focus on ER, TUPE, Change Management and Talent Management

• Confident decision maker with little guidance needed
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Form relationships quickly and effectively
• Regional and retail is a necessity
• Trade Union experience would be advantageous
