Job Title: Learning And Development Manager

Rate:£56K to £60K Per Year
Description: My international leisure client is looking for a Learning and Development professional to hit the ground running with training and delivery, designing and implementing talent programmes throughout all levels of the business. You will partner with this ambitious organisation acting as an ambassador and strategic specialist providing continuous advice and support.

Responsibilities
• Increase employee capability and performance
• Promote internal learning and individual growth
• Manage full 360 training lifecycle
• To perform and evaluate the systems implementation and delivery
• Deliver training and development needs of the business

Requirements
• Accomplished Learning and Development professional with talent management experience
• Strong understanding of training design cycle and talent development
• Evidence of strong communication and relationship management
• Strong project management skills, self-directed project work, organisation and planning skills
• Proven knowledge of budget management and L&D initiatives
