The Company

An International business operating within the Food industry with multiple sites and thousands of employees globally. Highly regarded for investing in their people and facilities, they are now seeking a Supply Chain & Distribution Apprentice at their Seaforth site.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Supply Chain & Distribution Apprentice to complete an Advanced Apprenticeship programme over a 3-year period, designed to prepare them for a supervisory or management role within the Transport & Distribution function. During the programme, the Apprentice will complete a recognised National Vocational Qualification on a day release basis, with an opportunity to progress to HNC or Foundation Degree level.

They will receive unparalleled training opportunities and complete in-house and external courses covering Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Food Safety, Tachograph Training and work towards gaining professionally recognised qualifications in Road Transport (CPC). The Apprentice recruited will be mentored by an experienced Transport Supervisor and will gain a detailed insight into the workings of the Transport and Distribution function, enabling them to become competent in all areas of the Transport department.
