I have an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst for my client, a Leeds based consultancy. You will be required to provide telephone and email support to users across the UK on primarily Microsoft related issues.

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for the following:
• Answer support tickets via telephone and email
• Ensure customers are informed on service updates
• Escalate technical issues to 2nd/3rd line teams
• Undertake installation work as required

The ideal Service Desk Analyst will have strong skills in the following:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft products including Office 2010 and Windows 7
• Exposure supporting Android devices
• Experience working to strict SLAs
