Rate:£50K to £60K Per Year
Description: A key client of Williams Kent is looking for a strong Reward Manager to join their organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our client’s expanding team.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key responsibilities:

• Be recognised as the 'Reward Lead' for the organisation, taking ownership of key reward activities and initiatives.
• Review the company grading structure and job architecture, working close with salary survey providers.
• Drive and develop the company recognition and well being programmes, including reward communications.
• Offer expert advice to the broader HR team regarding any legislative changes.

Key requirements:

• Strong analytical skill set and ability to operate as a standalone reward professional.
• Excellent communications skills, with confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with Hay Methodology is preferred.
• Strong experience leading and developing compensation and benefits policies.
