Description: Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line - 2nd Line Support - Onsite Support Technician – IT Support Engineer – Windows Server – Active Directory – Exchange – Office 365 - Educational Technology – Full Time - 18,000 - 21,000 – Epsom – Surrey.

My client are seeking a Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line Support - 2nd Line - ICT Support Technician – IT Support Engineer to join their core IT team based in Epsom, Surrey to work in an exciting and diverse Learning/ Educational environment supporting local Schools.

Responsibilities include:

* Deliver high quality ICT Support
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support
* Demonstrate IT knowledge and problem-solving skills
* You will be working on service desk calls both onsite and remotely

Knowledge and Skills:

ICT Support Technician – IT Support Engineer will need technical knowledge of:

* Microsoft Windows 7 & 8
* Windows Server 2008 & 2012
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Exchange
* Group Policy

The Successful candidate will have the relevant professional IT qualifications. You will have a passion for high standards, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience of providing excellent customer service.

** CRB/ DBS cleared is highly advantageous **
