Job Title: Client Operations Executive

Description: Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd work very closely with a well-established Contact Centre based in Thame who are currently recruiting for a Client Operations Executive. To be part of this fantastic organisation, you MUST have excellent time management skills, and have the ability to prioritise tasks and negotiate deadlines.

Job Title: Client Operations Executive
Contract: Permanent
Location: Thame
Salary: 18,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

The purpose of this role: You will be responsible for set up, maintenance and reporting on all activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for set up and support of all programmes.
• Providing system and reporting support for both field and contact centre mystery shopping.
• Responsibility for managing the data capture system, background maintenance systems, call recording suite and mystery shopping website.
• Ensuring any client reports are delivered on time, with full accuracy and within SLA
• Interrogation of reporting results to find inconsistencies and/or trends with outcomes. Report findings to CSM and/or Client with commentary and recommendations for progress.
• Support in the investigation, answering and recording appeals from clients and end users of the results. Provide reporting on stats and outcomes.
• Maintenance of our call file, master listings, notifications & databases.
• Attending team meetings where necessary.
• Additional duties include managing client relationships on smaller accounts

Candidate Specification:

• A calm and confident nature, with a can do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You will need to be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritise tasks and negotiate deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to be a team player but work on your own initiative.
