I have an urgent requirement for a 2nd line support Analyst for my market leading client based in West London. The role will involve resolving issues from both internal and external sources.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner and have experience in:

• VDI / VM Ware
• Airwatch
• Office 365

You will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of escalated customer support tickets.
• Undertake diagnosis of tickets obtaining all necessary information
Resolve customer issues within service level guidelines, escalating issues when appropriate
• Creation of knowledge base items.
• Ensure clear, timely and professional communication, both internally and with the customer.
• Logging and managing incidents and service requests
• Windows Server Operating
• Exchange
• MS Office 365
• Networking, TCP/IP,
• VMware/Hyper-V/VDI
• Ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved or updated within the SLA's
• Working with the SCCM team deploying Microsoft Updates
