Job Title: Project Manager
Rate:£45K to £50K Per Year    Benefits: 10% Bonus + Healthcare
Description: The Project Manager will take responsibility for the management of key business systems throughout their lifecycle. The holder will possess both Project Management and Business Analysis skills to progress through to successful conclusion both existing and new business system projects.

The Project Manager’s Principal Accountabilities will include:

• Responsible for managing the lifecycle of all key business systems; including performance monitoring and improvement, enhancements and upgrades of external and internal systems; including gathering requirements, database management, technical design, software development, testing, implementation, user follow up, support and Project Management
• Produce project definitions to include scope, deliverables, roles, responsibilities, budgets, timescales and resources
• Gather and document business and functional requirements from the business using a variety of elicitation techniques – workshops, interviews, observation
• Prepare comprehensive project plans taking input from technical and business resources
• Ensure key systems are delivered to meet legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify and manage key stakeholders
• Assign tasks and activities to members of project teams
• Obtain sign off from the business sponsors and stakeholders to Project Plans and Deliverables at each stage of the system lifecycle
• Undertake post implementation reviews at each stage of application project delivery

As the Project Manager you must be able to demonstrate the following requirements:

• Pharmaceutical company knowledge and experience desirable
• Experience of project managing the implementation of corporate business systems
• Demonstrable Business Analyst experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills desirable
• Prince 2 or PMP qualification or equivalent essential
• Business Analyst qualifications desirable
