We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated colleague to join our Property Services Team. The main duties of the post holder include, carrying out maintenance, repair installation work and electrical condition reports, within Herefordshire Housing’s properties. You will be required to participate in the Service’s out of hour’s emergency rota for which an additional allowance and enhanced rate will be paid. You must hold a current driving licence.

The successful applicant will have completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent. It would also be desirable to hold C & G 2380 (IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition) and C & G 2391 (Inspection and Testing) or equivalents.
