Dynamite Recruitment Is currently working in partnership with a well-established specialist business based in Bognor Regis
Our client provide specialist products and services to their customers and due to growth our client is now looking to recruit a Senior Service controller
As a Senior Service co-coordinator / controller you will be responsible for supporting the management team to achieve efficient and effective day to day running of the office, service contracts, emergency breakdowns and organisation of engineers.

The role requires sound organisational skills, exceptional customer service, the ability to work alone as well as, as part of a team and the capability to be able to work under pressure without close supervision.

You will manage the full process from point of contact through to costing, typing and sending of quotes, raising request for work to be completed and scheduling engineers to complete work within agreed time frames.

The successful candidate will need to be a team player, have a flexible attitude, be self-motivated, methodical and reliable.

Key duties will include the following:

You will be responsible for the monitoring and planning of emergency breakdowns, preventative maintenance and remedial repairs. Liaising with customers, engineers and the Operations Team.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Emergency Breakdowns:

* Process emergency breakdowns and schedule site attendance in line with procedures and required timescales
* Schedule and monitor return visits to breakdowns to ensure faults are resolved and completed



Maintenance/Service Contracts:

* Processing and set up of new maintenance contracts including creation of site files and adding to schedule.
* Co-ordinating and scheduling maintenance visits and engineer labour in line with the requirements of the customer and current standards

* Preparing and sending customers Maintenance reports and remedial quotations following

* Follow up remedial repair quotations
* Processing of remedial repair orders and scheduling repairs, labour and materials
* Ensuring engineers have required equipment to complete the booked works
* Manage and update the out of hours call list
* Maintain and update site and system records
* Maintain and update site files
* Take responsibility for the delivery of the KPIs set by the company
* Planning the diaries of the engineers and ensuring that the customer is kept up to date if there are delays
* Taking inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule jobs
* Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
* Assist the Operations Manager and Service Team as required


To apply for this position

* You will have previous experience within a similar position as a team leader / senior scheduler / senior router planner
* Will have experience of seeing the process through from end to end , from point of contact through to costing and raising requests for work
* Will have scheduled and route planned third parties
