Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location:Fareham
Rate:£20K.00 to £22K.00 Per Year    Benefits: Pension, discounted gym membership.

Location: Segensworth / Whiteley

Salary: 20,000 plus you will have the ability to earn between 100.00 and 300.00 per month for meeting KPI's (not sales related )

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well established ,award winning business based in Hampshire . Our client are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their specialist aftercare team.

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer services via the telephone and email on a daily basis

This is an ideal position for someone looking to further their career in Customer Service within a vibrant office environment.

Main responsibilities will include the following

* Provide an excellent service to existing customers by telephone, email and web chat
* Respond promptly to customer queries ensuring customer's expectations are always met
* Handle and resolve a variety of enquiries
Provide advice and guidance where possible to support in managing their enquiry
* Build and maintain customer relationships with existing customers
* Liaising with third parties to coordinating between them and with the customer to manage activity
* Building and managing internal relationships with other teams and departments.
* Manage warranty and repairs

The ideal candidate will have

* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer focused and passionate about going the extra mile
* Good administration skills and experience
* Attention to detail and accuracy
