What we do?
There is a shortage of key talent in most developed countries of the world. SD specialise in utilising a deep search using the latest sourcing techniques to identify suitable talent wherever it resides worldwide. Basically SD are helping to solve the global talent crisis one project at a time. We provide a range of recruitment services – all exclusive search assignments and guarantee our clients successful delivery within a 3-4 week window.


So where do you fit in?
You might have gathered we’re unlike other firms and certainly different from other recruiters. SD have separated the recruitment process into delivery and sales functions. We’re looking for sales talent to prospect for new, international clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with Solutions Driven.

Your target client base would be global. We provide sales leads, collateral and industry specific detail to allow you to build out a lucrative pipeline.


Day to day activities

• Develop a rapport with new clients over the phone, video conference and online presentations.
• Set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
• Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company.
• Build a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and our competitors.
