A leading telecoms company specialising in QoS, Optimisation and Performance Improvement are searching for a Network Surveillance / Operations Engineer (3G,4G,5G Mobile network environment) to act as the main contact from customers for all maintenance and support related issues.

We are searching for candidates with strong Linux, Windows and Virtualisation experience within a telecoms environment who have experience in monitoring, maintaining and supporting a network on a trouble ticketing and troubleshooting basis.
The sucessful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years within a network management mobile environment (2G / 3G / 4G).

The successful candidate will:
- Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware related incidents.
- Daily monitoring of the network/platform
- Manage software updates
- Identify and resolve hardware and software related issues

Required technical skills:
- Good knowledge of OS administration (Windows and Linux Virtualisation)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- 1st and 2nd line analysis
- Customer care/ Network operations doing network suvelliance in a mobile industry (2G/3G/4G)
- Supervision: Nagios or other NMS solution

Profile:
3 to 5 years experience in IT and support field
Advanced Telecom knowledge 2G/3G/4G
Skills Required: Network Surveillance Engineer Linux / Windows / Virtualisation
