Role summary
Regus are rapidly growing by expanding our network of franchise partners. We are looking for a Franchise Assistant to provide support to the Franchise Development Team who are responsible for generating, assessing and executing opportunities to expand the existing Regus’ global network of business centres. The candidate for this role will help analyse and execute transactions for the Franchise Development Team and provide analytical support to help form the franchise strategy. The role provides an opportunity to learn about expanding a global business in multiple countries from developed to frontier markets. You will report to the Global Head of Franchising.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Franchise Development Team and Development Directors in the sales process.
* Integration of business intelligence.
* Identification of partners and competitors.
* Validation of business opportunities - new country market size.
* Franchise partner due diligence.
* Preperation of market analysis for new franchise markets.
* Tracking status of live deals.
* Synthesizing throughflow of information from franchise prospects.
* Preperation of presentations and submissions to assist with franchise opportunity pursuit.
* Customisation of franchise proposals – Introductory Letters, Non-disclosure agreements, Marketing Collateral and Commercial Proposals

Skills and experience
* Above all, a proactive, “Let’s make it happen” attitude.
* University Degree in relevant field e.g. business, finance or economics.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented demonstrates the ability to work independently to research, analyse, synthesise, and present qualitative and quantitative data clearly.
* Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
* Articulate, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational and administrative management skills.
* Interest in developing markets and global business expansion.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills.
* Strong computer skills (e.g. Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
