Newly refurbished and opened business in a stunning rural village close to Burnley is looking for an experienced Sous Chef. You must have held a similar position in a high end food business along with
having the relevant qualifications. You will assist the Head Chef on a daily basis along with deputizing in his absence. You must have had experience with managing and directing a skilled team producing quality fresh food served in a contemporary style. The menu is Mediterranean served within the setting of the refurbished brasserie. You must be experienced at working to budgets and GP`s along with retaining a high standard of hygiene. This is a busy popular venue so you must be highly organised and be able to work within a fast pace environment.
