Description:
Our client is a well established company based in the Southend on Sea area and they are seeking a Travel Claims Handler to join their friendly team.
You will be required to provide verbal and written advice on all aspects of travel claims whilst providing high levels of customer service.
The idea candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience as a claims handler/negotiator and have knowledge/experience of:
• Handling claims from beginning to end
• Magenta claims system or similar claims systems
• Understanding of FSA regulations and the TCF concept
• Able to demonstrate delivery through people by maintaining a good team spirit and working atmosphere
• Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential
