An expanding and developer of a range of bespoke packaging solutions are currently seeking a product development engineer to compliment their existing team.
The successful candidate will have excellent experience of managing their own projects, main duties will include developing the existing products including some design work, creating bespoke solutions using existing products and material selection. Taking ideas from concept through design, assembly and testing to production stage.
Due to the nature of the role, suitable candidates will also posses excellent verbal and written communication skills as there will be an element of client liaison throughout the projects, including occasional client visits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a design or engineering role including a strong qualification, preferably a degree in an Engineering or a Scientific related subject and ideally some experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
