Analyst Programmer - ASP.NET / Oracle / MS Server 2008 / IIS7
I have an exciting opportunity for one of Europe's leading orgainsation. My client based in Amsterdam (5 mins from airport) and are looking for an Analyst Programmer for a minimum of a 3 month contract. The position is a avried role and ultimately requires a very strong hands on technical developer who is equally as strong on the analysis and liason with other areas of the business
Role Purpose:
§ To help drive Projects for group use and adoption
§ Develop technical solutions based on business specifications
§ Work with the technical teams to ensure their understanding of group and local requirements
§ To support and specify group based developments by carrying out Data & Technical Process Analysis and where appropriate the production of a Functional Specification.
§ To reduce TCO of ecommerce platforms while maximising business benefit.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
· Support business stakeholders in developing business specifications.
· Develop technical concepts based on business specifications, customer requirements and architectural models.
· Participate in the production of the technical documentation
· Assist in the production of the High Level Data & Application Architecture model
· Conduct peer reviews with other Team Members across all technology areas
Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies required to fulfil role:
· Basic Technical Architectural Experience – system design.
· Operational Experience, Server setup etc.
The role is based in Amsterdam (5 mins drive from the airport). The role is initially a 3 month contract however there will be an extension for the right candidate. A full job spec is available, my client will pay market rates
