A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Account Manager to take the next step in your career and work for a growing digital marketing agency in Newcastle and take responsbility for key accounts as their Client Services Manager.
Main Duties of the post:
• To retain your portfolio of clients to an established KPI retention rate of 80%
• To pro-actively manage a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs up to the value of £120,000 per annum ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio including value, billing and contract status
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.
• You will effectively interact with other departments including those responsible for business development to ensure you are briefed fully and correctly in all aspects to the point of client services handover
• Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service for clients
• Developing timetables and deadlines for clients, suppliers and internal departments
• Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a personal and bespoke service
• Develop a creative, ideas lead approach to client account management
• Handle new clients
• Ensure account plans for each client are updated accordingly with the relevant information concerning the client, their strategy and their performance
• Actively seek to increase the services offered to your portfolio of clients and increase the income generated from them
• Assisting when required with the new business proposals and pitches
• Identifying new client opportunities
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
• Ensuring your personal knowledge about our business is up to date
• Responding to requests from clients and the Head of Client Services in a efficient and timely manner
