Fast Track Regional Claims Controller
£24000 - £29000 per annum + Bonus My client has been established since 1996, The Company provides general insurance products including private and commercial motor, and motorcycle insurance. Products are sold over the phone to customers and brokers from purpose built call centres in Ireland and the UK The purpose of the role is: Responsibility to progress claims to achieve the departmental targets in force. Communicate to RCMs on a weekly basis: -Team statistics for the proceeding week -Feedback on individual performance and KPIs -Open workload by claimant -Feedback from weekly management meeting. Also to make sure that the team leader is carrying out their duties, appraisals are completed on time. Involvement in the recruitment of additional team members where required, including interviews. Personal Specification Essential Previous Claims Experience Strong numerical ability. Previous leadership experience. Good communication & presentation skills. Excellent team player able to work with senior managers in other teams. Self-motivated, able to plan & prioritise workload in order to achieve deadlines. Strong reporting & analytical skills. Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Access, HFI, I90, CODA & AS400.) WORKING HOURS ARE SHIFTS BETWEEN 9am-8pm, SALARY IS £24k-£27k + BONUS THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SALFORD QUAYS |
