Customer Service Executives
Due to increases in business levels, we have vacancies for several Customer Service Executives to work for a market leading organisation based in the Lichfield area. The nature of the business dictates that duties are best performed during afternoons, evenings and weekends. Therefore the hours are extremely flexible and shifts can be adjusted to accommodate individual availability. These positions are well suited to working parents, students, and individuals looking for a part time job as a second income. As a Customer Service Executive, you will need - "An excellent telephone manner. "To be numerate and literate "Experience of working with a PC/ keyboard "Listening skills "A friendly outgoing personality The rate for this position is £5.52 per hour(rising to £5.73 from 01/10/08), the minimum requirement for availability is 3 hours per shift. There is also the possibility of permanent positions for the right candidates. The locations is commutable from Lichfield, Burton On Trent, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Cannock, Rugeley, Swadlincote, Derby, Fradley, Uttoxeter, Alrewas, Barton Under Needwood, Burntwood and areas of Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
