We now require a Branch Manager for our Exeter office. Circa £50K Package [including basic, OTE, Car] + Benefits + Part Equity Share Opportunity We need a Manager who shares our ambition and determination to be the very best at what we do; who is passionate about selling a quality product; one who can lead, develop and motivate their team to success which will measured by the provision of a top class quality service to clients and candidates and hitting targets. Leading from the front, you will have exceptional sales and business development skills, a real passion for recruitment, sound financial, commercial and business acumen and the inter-personal qualities necessary to motivate, inspire and drive your team to success. Ideally from a recruitment or similar sales focused background, you will deliver a first class quality service to customers and candidates and you will champion regulatory compliance within our quality accredited operation, providing a valued service to many of the UK's leading names in the logistics sector.
