My client is a large, national company who specialise in supplying customers with a range of machined components. They supply industries such as the aerospace and motorsport industries and they are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager.
Duties include: Managing a small team of inspectors and quality engineers Developing and maintaining the quality system with quality plans and records Continuously review the company's quality system to ensure full compliance with A9100, ISO 9001 and customer approvals including control of management review process Acquire and control externally produced documentation required for the operation of the quality system Preparing for and controlling internal and external audits Reviewing internal audits and approving corrective actions Supporting continuous improvement activities Person Specification: Previous experience as a Quality Manager is essential Ideally from the automotive or aerospace industries Background in fabrication and / or machining Knowledge of EFQM is desirable Robust approach to maintaining the quality system and product quality Confident self starter Flexible approach This position is interviewing immediately so don't delay in applying, call Katy for an informal chat today on 01473 340444 or email Katy.Peverill@justrecruitment.co.uk |
