EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY to join our client, a leading specialist administrator in UK and global employee and executive share plans, who are looking for a temporary part time Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. This role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls from/to plan participants in a friendly and professional manner. You will be assisting participants with queries relating to plan activities and rules. You will also maintain an up to date knowledge of old and new plans.
You will participate fully as a valued team member and contribute to the development and high expectations of the communications team. You will excel in customer service by delivering a second to none quality of service to each and every participant. If this sounds like you, then apply now!!!!!
