POSITION: SHIFT MANAGER
LOCATION: Newcastle SALARY: Up to £41,000pa plus excellent benefits package including pension. SHIFTS: DD's - 7am - 3pm, 3-11 Mon - Thurs (7-1 or 1-7 on Fri's) Working 1:3 Saturdays as part of this Shift pattern Nights - 11pm -7am Mon - Thurs (7pm -1am on Fri's) Working 1:3 Saturdays as part of this pattern This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Shift Manager to join a fast paced food manufacturing company in Newcastle. You must have a proven track record in staff management as you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing performance, dealing with training and development requirements and taking charge of 50+ staff. Responsibilities will also include budget management, continuous improvements and performance drives. Essential Requirements:- Candidates will be required to provide proof of Numerical / Engineering Certification. Previous management experience Background in high volume, high speed, FMCG Environment Understanding of KPI's, budgets and factory operations Intermediate Food Hygiene Qualification (Desirable). Experience within the Food Industry an advantage. |
