Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job Description: Working within a customer service team for inbound enquiries from existing customers relating to maintenance and faults on the product. Arranging for couriers to collect and deliver replacement products where necessary. Offering advice to customers and analysing problems to find solutions in a professional and efficient manner.

A temp to perm position after 3 months the company offers great prospects and promotions.

Working a 40hour week between 8am and 6pm Mon-Fri with some overtime available on a Sat 9am-1pm.

Requirements:
Customer Service experience whether this is in a contact centre or face to face. A minimum of 5 GCSE's grade A-C including English and Maths.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays once permanent
