My client is a local manufacturing company who have a current requirement for a Maintenance Engineer.
The position will entail the prevention, fault finding, breakdown repairs and general maintenance of heavy plant machinery, both electrical and mechanical. We require applicants who have both mechanical and electrical maintenance and service experience within a manufacturing environment. It would be beneficial for candidates to have experience of working with pneumatics as well. Applicants must be qualified to ONC / OND level, or equivalent, in relevant engineering disciplines. Other candidate requirements include being flexible in regards to shifts, good team player and willing to train and develop their skills.
