Payroll Manager £Excellent My client is a large services business located in the Plymouth area. This is a key role within the company and the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running and continuous improvement of the Benefit Centre which is aimed at providing an accurate and timely service to the total UK for Payroll processing and Benefits Administration. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE · Good leadership skills · Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. · Ideally HR and Payroll related experience in a large company dealing with complex issues and a number of locations. · Experience of employee tax, P11D and expatriate issues. · In depth knowledge of employee benefits. · Knowledge of or worked with Flexible Benefits menus. · Experience of Time and Attendance systems desired. QUALIFICATIONS · Ideally graduate or comparable with IPD or payroll qualification or equivalent This is an urgent requirement so please apply ASAP.
