Leading IT Outsourcing provider is now recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join an expanding team based in Warrington. As a specialist within the CRM and Billing Market, we are known for our approach and commitment to 1st class service.
Are you enthusiastic? Looking to progress a fledgling IT career? Experienced in a BATCH PROCESSING operations environment? You will assist with the post sales billing requirements of managed services clients and should understand specific internal and customer billing processes. This is in support of a state-of-the-art convergent billing system and ideally you should be experienced in billing platforms for telecom operators OR supporting CRM environment OR have experience of Batch Processing. Client-facing, you will have the ability to think strategically and to mentor and support customers' IT and support teams. An understanding of IBM iSeries or AS400 would also be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
