This job will cover all these very different businesses and other sites. This role involves using the knowledge to identify potential developments to maintain the competitiveness of the UK orientated compensation and benefits programme.
Experience in designing and delivering complex C & B packages in a multi-site environment. Comprehensive C & B delivery experience with familiarity with global matrix organisations an asset. Advanced skills in compensation analysis and practical interpretation and communication. In depth understanding of the practical application of UK employment laws as they relate to C & B. An undergraduate degree in H.R and/or Business Administration with CCP designation plus. |
