As a market leader they currently spend close to £1m a month on Brand awareness and Lead Generation, this is done via National TV Advertising, Sky, Cable, Freeview, National and Local Paper Advertising, 6 million leaflet drops a month, 300,000 permission based emails and extensive internet marketing. Due to the overwhelming demand for their training courses they are now looking to expand their established 100+ strong nationwide direct sales force. Suitable candidates should possess: • Experience of selling or consulting on face to face • The ability to engage people in a meaningful conversation about themselves • The ability to think on your feet • Self motivation and drive • Entrepreneurial flair • A strong work ethic • Excellent people skills • The desire to make good money • The ability to communicate with all walks of life • Your own car The Job You will be responsible for attending 20 confirmed qualified appointments that my client will arrange for you a week with people in their homes to discuss the various ranges of accredited Plumbing & Electrical training courses they have enquired about. You will interview these candidates to establish their motivation for wanting to train, their ability of completing the courses and establish which course is correct for them. As these are commercial courses, full finance facilities are available for students looking to start the training. You can assure students that they will be trained and supported by an established ISO9001 compliant company. Our Client's Investment in You: Successful candidates will be invited on a 7 day in-house residential training program, to make sure that you hit the ground running you will be regularly shadowed by one of their experienced field coaches who will mentor and guide you to help you reach your full earning potential quickly.
