Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator
Job Description: Salary £14000 per annum.

Working for a rapidly expanding and successful Wealth Management company you will be looking for a career not just a job.

Previous administration or reception experience is a necessity with the ability of typing to a speed of at least 60wpm.

You will be confident using Microsoft packages and an RSA / CLAIT or similar qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
• Reception duties, including answering phone calls and meeting and greeting visitors
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Sorting incoming and outgoing post
• Typing, this will include audio typing and correspondence letters
• Assisting files for partners to take out on client visits
• Assisting with mail shots
• Data entry and scanning documents
