Employee Relations Officer 257/24 salary to 27k Sheerness Our client is a mainstream manufacturer based in Sittingbourne they are currently seeking a excellent Employee Relations officer for their HR Department: The Employee Relations Officer will report directly to the Human Resources Manager. As a member of the Human Resources team, he/she contributes a high level of human resources generalist knowledge and expertise for a designated job role. The person will play an integral part in devising and developing policies and procedures, whilst supporting with TUPE, business change and employee relation training. You will be supporting and coaching line managers on a day to day basis to effectively manage all aspects of employee relations and will need to demonstrate in depth knowledge of UK employment law. Building sound working relationships at all level is also a key part of this role. As employee relations officer you must be able to demonstrate your presence around the plant by visiting the plant daily. Education and Experience required · Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related major; 4 years experience in a generalist human resources role OR · Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources operations, or related professional area. |
