Area Sales Manager- Regulated Wealth Division
Competitive salaries + OTE + Company Benefits Our client is a leading global bank with excellent opportunities available across the UK within their regulated wealth division About the Role We are seeking a practical, goal-oriented individual to lead and inspire a team of IFAs and Financial Planning Managers, maintain an up-to-date understanding of internal products and services and translate this into targets and plans. You will develop close relationships with lead providers and other stakeholders, set and monitor performance objectives and coach and develop your team to deliver compliant, holistic financial planning based on customer needs. Innovative, enthusiastic and energetic, you will be capable of identifying trends, analyzing data and monitoring performance against targets. Proven leadership, decision making and relationship building skills will be vital in order to ensure the delivery of appropriate, needs-focused advice that meets customer expectations. The Sales Manager: •Provides coaching and guidance to a team, offering direction on spotting business opportunities and championing the ethos of “Treating Customers Fairly”. •As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for regularly checking compliance and quality. •You will set and monitor your team's performance and maintain and use management information to recognise and acknowledge success. •Of importance in this role is the ability to maintain an up-to-date understanding of internal products and services and of competitor market trends On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in the delivery of the operating plan by: •Managing the full Commercial Insurance and Investment proposition within the region •Ensuring that the highest levels of service and relationship management to CMB customers is upheld •Ensuring that the Sales force is acting in accordance with regulatory requirements •Effectively monitoring, coaching and developing Sales force in order to achieve business goals •Continually reassessing the operational risks •Adhering to all relevant processes/procedures. •To succeed in the role, you will be positive about change and will have the ability to calm and focused when under pressure in demanding work environments. You will be conscientious and driven to improve quality standards for the customer. About the Person The Sales Manager will need to be: •Highly innovative when considering approaches to driving sales activity •Confident in making effective decisions which are aligned with meeting both the customer's needs •and business needs •Accurately collates, analyses and interprets data in order to make well-informed decisions •Highly proactive and manages time effectively •Coaches and motivates others to deliver professionally and embody the culture of Treating Customers Fairly •Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability when delivering to meet customer needs •Adapts interpersonal style and approach to match the style of the customer or colleague •Demonstrates self-belief and tenacity and is driven to achieve targets.ger Candidates must have Full FPC (Financial Planning Certificate) or CeFA (Certificate for Financial Advisors) And have a minimum of Competent Supervisor Status for this particular role |
