Our busy commercial Payroll Bureau processes a wide range of payrolls for clients throughout the UK including several large national and multinational companies. We have a range of Service Levels from Basic Bureau up to Fully Managed.
Candidates for this post should have a minimum of one years¡¦ payroll experience and knowledge of processing multiple payrolls using payroll software. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, and knowledge of Sage would be preferable. Possession of the IPP qualification is desirable, although not essential. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, your duties will include „X Processing client payrolls „X Printing pay slips and reports to client specifications „X Maintaining and managing PAYE payments „X Balancing payrolls at Year End and maintaining and managing third party payments, along with associated documents and returns. „X You will also assist with training and supervision of the Trainee staff in the department as required. |
