Education Branch Manager
Basic to 35k plus car and commission Excellent opportunity to join a market leader! Our client is a leading education recruitment agency providing teachers, support workers and nursery nurses to LEA's and private nurseries. They are currently looking for a Branch Manager to manage their team based in Preston. You will be responsible for managing a small branch of excellent stable consultants offering support and encouragement to hit and exceed targets. You will be also be building up relationships with existing clients in addition to developing new business. You will be joining an existing team of consultants and will take sole responsibility for the Preston office. Our client is looking for an individual who is currently working in a recruitment role with some management experience, (ideally Education but will consider other sectors) and looking for a new challenge along with the opportunity to really shine. In addition you be a good motivator and pass on your great enthusiasm to your consultants and be keen to join a market leader within education. (May also suit a senior consultant in an education recruitment role who is keen to move up to a Branch Manager role) You will be rewarded with a generous basic, plus company car / car allowance and a good bonus structure in addition to additional company benefits.
