Accounts Assistant £13-17000 My client is a large services/FMCG business located in the Redruth area of Cornwall. They are a highly regarded employer with a low staff turnover, offering an excellent working environment and offer a real opportunity to develop a successful accounting career. Due to expansion they wish to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance department. Key responsibilities include: 1. Process all Accounts Payable invoices ensuring correct authorisations have been obtained and / or matching processes have been performed and coding to General Ledger is correct. 2. Resolve all purchase invoice queries in a timely manner in conjunction with the buyer and warehouse manager. Obtain proof of delivery etc as required. 3. Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis. Ensure all invoices or credit notes have been received. 4. Maintain log of purchase invoices out on query and follow up. 5. Graphics job costing. Ensure all stock used is issued to the correct production job. 6. Graphics Sales invoicing. Ensure all despatches are invoiced in a timely manner and that invoicing is accurate in terms of quantities despatched. 7. Support Finance team colleagues as required. 8. Support the Buyer by raising purchase orders, expediting prices and deliveries. Study support may be available for appropriate candidates. This is an urgent requirement so please apply ASAP.
