My client is a family owned and managed business. It is a private Limited Company which was set up on 10 September 1999 from its base in Cheadle Cheshire. The Directors of the company between them have over 65 years of experience in insurance claims and motor vehicle management As a fully regulated member of the FSA and MOJ, the client has strived to ensure its products and services meet the ever-demanding requirements of the industry. They pride themselves on the quality of service we offer our brokers, insurance intermediaries and their clients. We offer a comprehensive selection of legal expense insurance policies and accident management services in one, seamless operation.
Your role will be to provide exceptional service to clients answering inbound calls, accurately recording call details including accident details, pass queries onto the relevant team and use a professional and appropriate phone manner at all times. You will be providing effective and efficient 1st line Customer Service to all existing and new customers to ensure all claims are handled correctly. You will be responsible for communicating with all internal departments to ensure claims are managed effectively. Suitable candidate must have 12 months experience of working on the telephone preferably within a call centre experience. All candidates must have experience of dealing with customer complaints and be able to demonstrate by providing examples. An excellent stable career history is needed and full satisfactory references will be obtained. |
