IT Scheduler starting ASAP
My client is one of the largest IT outsourcing companies based in the UK, they are seeking to recruit an IT scheduler to join their team. Your role would be to plan and schedule service requests effectively and efficiently. You would work to SLA's and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. The majority of your role would be taken up by scheduling and planning although their will be elements of team organisation and a constant focus on customer satisfaction. You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work in a high pressured environment. It is desirable that you have forward planning experience or scheduling experience.
