Regional Sales Manager - Our successful and established client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to take control of an already successful region with a significant amount of still untapped business.
You will be responsible for the development of existing business, opening new accounts and maximising distribution channels within defined market sectors. The region, from Teesside to Sheffield is key for the company and ready for someone like you to make a name for yourself. Naturally, a company car and fuel car is part of the package. The firm is a leading chemical manufacturer with a client base ranging from educational establishments to Boeing and Rolls Royce. It was established 39 years ago and turns over £16 million, has 200 employees producing 14 million aerosols and blending 20 million litres of chemicals from its UK manufacturing base. You have an excellent track record in industrial sales, having sold products to key markets such as public sector, Maintenance, manufacturing, aerospace, transport or chemicals. As Regional Sales Manager you will soon realise that the product is excellent, companies want it and is a relatively easy sell, provided you do the simple things consistently. After a substantial induction you will want to get into the field and you will expect as much support and training as you need. There are no limits to progression and there is no reason why you cannot earn over £40,000 first year. You can expect a basic of around £21,000 to £25,000 plus an excellent individual commission and bonus scheme.
