PART TIME TEMP CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT,
CHADDERTON, M24 1UD TEMPORARY CONTRACT, £5.52 PER HOUR, 20 HRS PER WEEK WITH OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES, MON-FRI TO COVER HRS BETWEEN 8AM-8PM ON SHIFT BASIS, MAY INCLUDE WEEKENDS. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing online retail company dealing with such products as football replica & traditional children's toys.My client provide a personal online shopping service to around 1.5 million customers via the Internet and is the 4th largest direct mail order company in the UK.They require Temporary Customer Service Agents to join an ever expanding team. This is a multi skilled role consisting of inbound order taking, dealing with customer queries and cross selling further products, the role has a strong requirement for excellent customer service skills. You will ideally have previous customer service experience, be it face to face or telephone based. You will possess excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and be computer literate. The ideal candidate will be well presentable, articulate, have a strong work ethic and have flexibility in their approach to work. You will receive superb ongoing training and enjoy a fast paced dynamic working environment, with holiday pay, staff incentives and car parking facilities.
