Fantastic opportunity for a MIS Analyst to join a leading telecom company offering a basic salary of £27k - £32k + excellent benefits, based in Stevenage.
The MI Analyst will take ownership of monitoring the flow of orders, work with technical teams to embrace the provisioning of new orders, prepare and maintain periodic reporting, ensure all systems are functioning properly and analyse all workflow drivers. You will be responsible for creating all KPI reports, testing all new deployments, monitoring where progress is necessary, identify root causes and process gaps. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience with writing reports, data mining, data analysis and at least 2 years experience within an analytical role, knowledge of ADSL products, IPStream, Datastream and LLU. Some knowledge of MPF Technology is required as well as Crystal Reports, SQL and Visual Basic.
